Data protection is integrated into the developmentor selection of hardware, software, and procedures (Article 25 GDPR).

If we disclose data to other entities (processors or third parties) or grantthem access, this is only done on the basis of legal permissions, your consent,legal obligations, or our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If dataprocessing by third parties is performed on our behalf, it is based on Article28 GDPR.

DataDeletion:
Data is deleted or restricted in processing according to Articles 17 and 18GDPR as soon as it is no longer necessary for its purpose. Data required by lawto be retained will be deleted after the retention period ends.

 

ContractualServices:
We process personal and contract data for fulfilling contractual obligationsand providing services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Optional user accounts areprivate and cannot be indexed by search engines. Upon termination, user data isdeleted unless legally required to be retained.

 

Contact:
Inquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and stored in our CRM.Non-essential inquiries are deleted.

 

Commentsand Posts:
IP addresses are stored for seven days for abuse prevention (Article 6(1)(f)GDPR).

 

AccessData and Log Files:
Access data is processed based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)for security purposes and deleted after seven days unless further retention isrequired.

 

OnlinePresence on Social Media:
We maintain online presences on social platforms to communicate with users andinform them about our services.
